Earning Criteria

• Earners have pursued the development of their skills in the area of songwriting/ composition. This could be through formal courses, workshops, songwriting clubs, mentoring or self education.
• Earners have composed at least three complete works, in any musical genre. These pieces should demonstrate a variety of stylistic traits.
• The earner has collaborated with another songwriter/ producer.
• The earner has created high quality audio demos or scores for each piece.
• The earner has produced one or more polished recordings that have been released to a public platform and registered with the Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA).
