Earners of the NASUWT Workplace Reps award have a fundamental knowledge and understanding of Trade Unions and their importance in the workplace. Earners are able to use their learnt skills to represent NASUWT members both collectively and individually; have an understanding of the need to organise members and realise the importance of recruitment in trade union growth. Earners understand the vital role equality and H&S legislation play in the workplace.
