The NALA Governing Board is elected by Active type NALA members. The Governing Board oversees the management of NALA, focusing on fulfillment of the organization’s mission and vision. Officer positions include: President; Vice President; Secretary; and Treasurer. Other Board members include Affiliated Associations Director; Area Directors; At Large Directors; NALA's CEO; and Chairs for the Certifying Board, Professional Development Committee, Continuing Education Council, and DEI Committee.
