The Certifying Board is responsible for the content, standards, and administration of the Certified Paralegal® Program. In the technical areas of statistical analyses, exam construction, reliability, and validity tests, the Board contracts with a consulting firm offering expertise in these areas and in occupational research. Technical and content analyses of the CP Exam are conducted regularly to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the exam with job analysis studies conducted every six years.
