The NALA DEI Committee is responsible for furthering the goals of the Association to encourage, support, and maintain high standards in diversity, equity, and inclusion; monitoring DEI trends and issues; addressing DEI to foster or to cultivate meaningful, open, and constructive dialog to celebrate the diversity of the members and leaders; and strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the Association.
