They can identify, inspect and properly use all required and recommended safety equipment. They know how to inspect a wooden pole for defects. They can demonstrate proper ascent, descent and lateral positioning techniques and can safely climb over obstructions. They can perform pole-top rescue and are able to withstand working at heights above 32 feet.
