Individuals have been introduced to tasks performed by construction craft laborers; with an emphasis on safety. They can identify and describe tools, building materials, formwork, cranes and heavy equipment. They understand how to apply basic math, read construction drawings, place and finish concrete and perform oxyfuel cutting. They have received instruction in electrical safety, site layout and green construction. They know how to safely perform rigging, elevated work and steel erection.
