They can identify and safely operate electrical generators, air compressors, aerial lifts, forklifts, trenchers, backhoes and mobile cranes, as well as describe general maintenance requirements. They can also operate and maintain welding machines, pumps and compactors. They are aware of the safety hazards and precautions that apply to motorized equipment.
