Individuals can identify and describe other types of work permits, chemical hazards, atmospheric hazards, the roles and responsibilities of personnel in confined spaces and types of emergency training required for workers in confined spaces. They understand how to identify atmospheric hazards in confined spaces and perform atmospheric testing. They can complete a hot work permit, perform a pre-inspection and use lockout and tagout devices.
