Earning Criteria

The methods of assessment include case studies, written papers, performance rubrics (checklists), presentations, and pre/post-tests with a minimum passing score of 75 percent.

The methods of instruction include audio visual materials, case studies, discussion, learner presentations, lecture, and activities. The general course topics include organizational management and development, case study on contemporary issues, business tools and evaluation, change management, conflict resolution, economics of disaster, strategic planning, leading innovation, and NEMAA paper.
