The course objective is to ensure Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel can make critical decisions effectively during an emergency/disaster by employing the appropriate EMS functions in Incident Command System (ICS) knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) and decision-making techniques. Prerequisites: IS-201 forms used for the development of the Incident Action Plan.
