The methods of assessment include examinations with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.

The methods of instruction include audio visual materials, case studies, practical exercises, learner presentations, lectures, discussions, and classroom exercises. The general course topics include The adaptive leadership model; authority and power; creating a plan for a difficult conversation: identifying the issue; creating a plan for a difficult conversation: analyzing the elements; tools for difficult conversations; and conducting a difficult conversation.
