Focus is on 3 pillars: Representation, Awareness, and Advocacy. Standing for beef stakeholders, ensuring voices are captured in crucial discussions and decisions. Actively promoting information, best practices, educating stakeholders on developments. Assisting develop policies/protocols and initiatives that benefit the beef industry.

Earning Criteria

  • Be a member of NHIA
  • Have a position in a beef herd improvement business or
  • Have extensive industry knowledge to benefit the beef industry
  • Have a shared interest and contribute to the members of the group
  • Commitment to committee meetings and updating all members
  • Inform NHIA the overarching body of issues concerning the beef sector
  • Be part of the one voice approach representing the beef sector
