Mentors are experienced industry leaders who have undergone specialised training to guide and support mentees in their growth journey. They eagerly share their skills and expertise to empower mentees and strengthen the industry as a whole. This visionary mentoring initiative serves as a bridge connecting seasoned industry leaders with aspiring mentees seeking knowledge, growth, and valuable insights. This is recommended as a 12 month program.

Earning Criteria

Demonstrate an interest in becoming a Mentor by self-nominating or an employer nomination.

Commit to undertake the Training program and to mentor for a minimum of 12 months, fostering a long-term mentoring relationship with the mentee.

Participate actively in NHIA's online development Mentor sessions.

Be accessible for mentees, ensuring regular and meaningful engagement.

Keep NHIA informed of any material or resource requirements necessary to facilitate the improvement of the mentorship program.
