NHIA Director 2024-25
As a member-driven organisation Directors are nominated and elected by members. Directors have an understanding of industry and operate effectively for the benefit of members. Responsibilities include setting the strategic direction, ensuring operation within mission, legal obligations, financial oversight, and providing governance and leadership to fulfil objectives. Directors play a crucial role in upholding values, ensuring transparency and accountability in NHIA operations serving members.

Earning Criteria

NHIA calls for annual nominations for its Board which are three (3) year terms.

A member's business nominates an individual for the Board and sends through a bio in support of this candidature.

If there are more nominations than positions vacant, NHIA calls for an election process for its members to vote.

The results of the election are announced at the annual AGM.

The Director can renominate for their position at the end of their 3-year term.
