Participants have engaged in intensive learning sessions, joined in weekly learning activities, and engaged in robust discussions with peers and facilitators, as well as completed the following assessment tasks to demonstrate their understanding of leadership and professional development.

Participants have completed a leadership style reflection that integrated learning about the qualities of a personal leadership style with the various leadership theories examined to formulate a leadership statement that is reflective of their current leadership stance.

Participants have developed an adaptive leadership plan by identifying, analysing, and creating a plan for addressing an adaptive challenge in the organisation they work in, utilising key course concepts and reflecting on the leadership implications in leading the change effort.

Participants have responded to an ethical leadership case study and made decisions related to the future business directions and provided the rationale for their decisions utilising leadership theories and practices.
Standards
AQF is the Australian Quality Framework. Level 8 refers to post graduate Certificate or Diploma level of study, and students at this level apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy, well-developed judgement, adaptability and responsibility as a practitioner or learner.
