Participants have engaged in intensive learning sessions, joined in weekly learning activities, and engaged in robust discussions with peers and facilitators, as well as completed the following assessment tasks to demonstrate their understanding of project management.

Participants have provided a critical analysis of a failed project and presented the findings in a written business report. The report included an executive summary, theoretical analysis and recommendations to improve the outcomes of the failed project.

Participants have completed a critical review of a previously completed project based on the skills and knowledge developed during this unit of study.

Participants have created a project charter - based on the principles of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK).

The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) is a collection of processes, best practices, terminologies, and guidelines that are accepted as standard within the project management industry.
AQF is the Australian Quality Framework. Level 8 refers to post graduate Certificate or Diploma level of study, and students at this level apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy, well-developed judgement, adaptability and responsibility as a practitioner or learner.
