Participants have engaged in intensive learning sessions, joined in weekly learning activities, and engaged in robust discussions with peers and facilitators, as well as completed the following assessment tasks to demonstrate their understanding of leading people and change.

Participants have completed an essay that focused on the planning, performance and reflection on the experience of conducting a difficult conversation, while considering the 8 key elements of difficult conversations to inform their thinking.

Participants have completed a HR Improvement Report in response to a case study, by reviewing the overall HR programs and policies and identified areas for improvement. The report included integrating HR programs and policies related to the business of managing people.

Participants have completed a people management case study by considering the primary issues from an HR perspective, as well as costs to the company, benefits of the situation and possible solutions or interventions.
Standards
AQF is the Australian Quality Framework. Level 8 refers to post graduate Certificate or Diploma level of study, and students at this level apply knowledge and skills to demonstrate autonomy, well-developed judgement, adaptability and responsibility as a practitioner or learner.
