Earners of the Retention in the Navitas Context badge have defined retention as it applies to the Navitas context and described the key drivers of retention. They have identified teaching and support strategies to enhance the student learning experience and support students to achieve positive outcomes. Earners have also designed a teacher-led transition strategy to support learners navigate the transition to higher education.

Standards
The TEN Capability Framework guides and supports teaching and academic support staff in the delivery of high-quality student learning experiences.
