Earners of the Business Essentials badge have successfully completed a two-module program on strategic innovation, customer & financial analysis, business plan design and leadership skills for managing culture and change. By the end of the program, earners have identified a critical need for their organization and have developed a strategic plan for how to address it, with our executive trainers serving as personal consultants.

Attend and participate in Module 1 of the Business Essentials program, with session topics covering customer analysis/strategy, finance & operations, influence & consulting, innovation & business planning.
Attend and participate in Module 2 of the Business Essentials program, with session topics covering organizational culture, change management, organizational leadership, and transformational leadership.
