The earner of the Curriculum Development Workgroups badge met bi-monthly over the academic year on an institutional team, along with other HBCU faculty staff, to develop a proposal for a new data science major, minor, certificate, or postbaccalaureate program. The proposal was successfully completed and submitted to their institution for review and adoption. This was supported by US NSF award 2217346.
