Earning Criteria

Brain-Based Conversation Skills is a workshop offered by the NeuroLeadership Institute. The program provides a strong foundation in the neuroscience that enables effective coaching conversations. Participants learn the science behind behavior change and habit formation. The program is heavily focused on application, so participants have the opportunity to practice and gain confidence as they develop a brain-based coaching methodology designed to generate insight and deliver results.

Brain-Based Coaching is a 16-week virtual program offered by the NeuroLeadership Institute. This program is designed to prepare participants to facilitate a formal, structured 12-session professional coaching engagement. Participants learn how to set meaningful and motivating goals, how to create an action plan, how to identify and overcome common coaching challenges, how to give and receive feedback, and how they can use neuroscience to help generate insight, create habits and change behaviors.
Standards
The Brain-Based Coaching program is accredited by the International Coach Federation for 75 hours of continuing coach education (CCE). In addition, NLI offers documentation to support participants who wish to use the ICF Portfolio Pathway to apply for an initial coaching credential.
