Earning Criteria

The recipient of this badge has successfully completed the DEI Practitioner Master Class program, a three-month, online certificate program offered by the NeuroLeadership Institute. The program features three modules: harness the power of diversity, enable Inclusion and speaking up, and develop better systems. Each module is explored in depth over the course of four weeks, and taught by a DEI leader with deep subject matter expertise.
Standards
The NeuroLeadership Institute is an approved recertification provider for the Society for Human Resource Management. To maintain the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, SHRM-certified professionals are required to earn 30 professional development credits (PDCs) every three years. The Foundations of NeuroLeadership program is approved for 30 PDCs.
