STAR Teams is a blended, interactive and practical experience that enables people to connect and commit to all of the elements of the STAR, so that anyone or any team can master the art of collaboration.

Earning Criteria

Participants complete all modules of the programme STAR Teams. They are guided through and must complete the four stages of learning, applying all of the core skills, principles and models back in the workplace to ultimately take their team collaboration and communication to the next level. The programme consists of 2.5 hours of facilitation and 2.5 hours of app based learning, recommended over a 2 week period.
