Earning Criteria

Complete 3 ESAT assessments and 3 asynchronous skill development workshops, which include assessment via end of topic quizzes and assignments.
Attend two networking events with fellow participants and industry partners to practice and develop their employability skills
Develop an action plan to either apply for further education or plan to return to the workforce and the NorQuest Career Coach will provide formative feedback
Create career resources including a resume, a LinkedIn profile, and a cover letter to meet their future employment goals, and the NorQuest Career Coach will provide formative feedback.
