Earners of the Hemp Farming badge have an excellent understanding of the realities of growing hemp for conventional and organic production for a variety of scales and climates. Earners are able to apply for a Health Canada license, understand the technical aspects of seeding and growing, and modify equipment for harvesting. They can also trouble shoot issues that arise while growing and harvesting hemp crops, and can identify the different markets and processors for purchasing finished crops.
