Earners of the Inclusion Certified badge have seen 80% of their workforce successfully complete NorQuest College's online course, Inclusion at Work, and in so-doing have demonstrated their intent to build and foster an inclusive work environment. Inclusive companies have been shown to be highly effective, influential, and profitable, and are more likely to be identified as employers of choice.

Earning Criteria

When 80% of the organization's employee base has completed the course, the company will be awarded an Inclusion Certified Badge, valid for one year from date of receipt.
