The accessibility competency is measured through the completion of 3-4 hours of asynchronous learning (moodle course) known as the ACT! Employer Partner Training with topic specific knowledge checks throughout the training.

Completion of hosting an ACT! student for a 200-hour work experience. This includes site visits and mid-point and final check in meetings with a Career Coach, student, and supervisor.

A minimum 30-minute consultation with the ACT! Inclusion & Accessibility Consultant where the consultant will work with the Employer Partner supervisor in the meeting to identify organizational needs to be a more inclusive and accessible workplace, and be provided with a next steps plan for them to implement.
