SLO 1. The research project will allow you to apply the concepts and ideas learned in the various operations leadership certificate (OLC) courses to real world business situations.

You will use an operations/supply chain process approach to generate a solution to a problem (preferably operations/supply chain or operations/supply chain-related) being experienced by an existing organization (manufacturing or service), and will provide recommendations regarding how your solution should be implemented.
