Earning Criteria

• Completion of relevant coursework in a formal classroom environment. Instructional strategies include: audio visual materials, discussion, computer-based training, practical exercises, lectures.
• SLO 1. The research project will allow you to apply the concepts and ideas learned in the various operations leadership certificate (OLC) courses to real world business situations.
• SLO 2. You will use an operations/supply chain process approach to generate a solution to a problem (preferably operations/supply chain or operations/supply chain-related) being experienced by an existing organization (manufacturing or service), and will provide recommendations regarding how your solution should be implemented.
• SLO 3. Apply effective test-taking strategies to practice exam items
• SLO 4. Adopt useful techniques for reinforcing learning
• SLO 5. Craft a study plan best suited for your preparation style and timeline
