The individual who completes this badge will be able to understand many of the basic soft skills required of a supervisor. These include handling difficult employee behavior, coaching subordinates and working across generations. It is the goal of this certificate to enable the new supervisor to be able to hone skills that are specific to leadership roles. Through this certificate you will learn to work in a multigeneration workforce, coach employees and many other skills.

Earning Criteria

This certificate requires the earner to complete six courses. Each of these self-paced courses offer an assortment of interactive exercises, selected readings, and self-assessments that will engage you and help you practice effective business communication. Learners must achieve an average test score of at least 70% to meet the minimum successful completion requirement and qualify to receive IACET CEU credit. Learners will have three attempts at all graded assessments.
