Student Learning Outcome 1

Students will understand qualities of effective classroom teaching.

Student Learning Outcome 2

Students will understand what effective classroom monitoring looks like and the link between classroom monitoring and effective teaching.

Student Learning Outcome 3

Students will view several sample teaching videos and create their own monitoring assessments and we will then discuss as a group what is effective instruction looks like compared to what they see.

Student Learning Outcome 4

Students will review the TLE and understand the link between the TLE as a formal evaluation tool in Oklahoma and how this can be used to help inform non-evaluative classroom monitoring.
