Badge earners must identify a faculty member as a research mentor and start the research process by developing a proposed research project by formulating a research question and methodology. Badge earners have attended at least one research presentation on or off campus to understand further how the academic research process is carried out. Students will submit a one-page reflection on the academic presentation that they attended to their faculty research mentor.
