The purpose of this badge is to draw attention to those content managers that complete the full content manager training program which will involve the creation of pages, best practices, writing for the web, knowledge of Omni Update CMS and other tools necessary to create dynamic content/pages for NSU’s website. Users who complete this program will also be proficient in metadata, keywords and search engine optimization (SEO).

Earning Criteria

The user will learn key components necessary to produce and maintain dynamic web pages using Modern Campus’s Omni Update content management system. This will include proper ways to search out relevant keywords and descriptions to improve SEO, while at the same time creating a dynamic web page that will improve the user experience. Content managers will learn to work within components, assets and snippets within the OmniUpdate CMS.
