Earners of the Crisis Communication Skills badge successfully completed an intensive 6-week course. Participants gained the knowledge and skills required to develop a crisis communication plan and communicate in response to an organizational crisis. They practiced those skills through examination of contemporary organizations in crisis and application in realistic scenarios. This is a Level 3 badge.
