Recipients of the Human Resources Consulting Badge have participated in a 12-week experiential capstone course. In applying their talent management expertise to the sponsoring organization's HR challenge, they put into practice a range of consultative skills. They conducted exploratory research, examined best practices, developed a collaborative relationship with the sponsor, and generated actionable recommendations. This is a level 3 badge.
Earning Criteria

Communication – active listening and asking questions to define project scope, responsibilities, and ongoing mutual exploration.
