Earners of this badge have completed the the Building Intercultural Competence course. The course aims to build intercultural awareness and skills among participants by facilitating learning on topics related to intercultural communications; cultural values; bias, power and privilege; and the importance of the truth and reconciliation process. Participants engage with the materials through personal reflection and guided group discussions. Note: This course is only offered to NAIT staff.
