Earners of The Productivity and Continuous Improvement microcredential have demonstrated competency in the application of tools, techniques, and strategies to make projects and teams more effective and efficient. This includes: the value of continuous improvement, barriers to productivity, building cooperative relationships and dealing with difficult people, and the use of process flowcharts and related tools to identify the cause of project challenges and plan for adjustment and improvement.
