Earning Criteria

Students will receive the Broadband Customer Service Specialist badge after successful completion of the following Level 1 courses: •Broadband Telco Services •Broadband Television Services •Broadband Fiber Service •Broadband Internet Service. After completion of each of these courses, in which students will receive badges, students will be awarded the Broadband Customer Service Specialist badge.
Standards
This badge is part of a customer service badge. The badge is a joint initiative with Northwood Technical College and NTCA, the Rural Broadband Association. Upon completion of four badges related to broadband level one skills, students will receive a Broadband Customer Service Specialist badge.
