Leadership: Performance Management

The learner applies the skills and tools necessary to perform the functions of a frontline leader. Each learner will explore behaviors and processes of employee performance management. To successfully complete this badge, learners must address bias in the performance management system and state the difference between counseling, discipline, and punishment.
