Participants will gain fundamental automotive knowledge, customer service, and business communication skills in order to communicate effectively with customers and provide viable solutions to meet customers automotive service needs. Earners must complete AT 1153 (Automotive Fundamentals); BUS 2033 (Business Communications); and AT 1652 (A.S.E. Auto Electives 1) with a minimum grade of D to earn this micro-credential.
