A micro-credential in Leadership and Critical Thinking will expose learners to theoretical and practical experiences that will enhance their leadership and critical thinking skills; preparing them for workplace success.
Earning Criteria

Successfully complete HUM2163 Leadership Development with a minimum grade of “D” or higher, learners will understand leadership qualities and skills evident in selected readings from classical literature, portrayed in selected films and discussed in contemporary leadership theory. Student will develop a fundamental understanding of leadership and skills manifest in effective leaders. Participation in course discussions and activities enables student to develop personal leadership abilities.

Successfully complete PHIL1123 Critical Thinking with a minimum grade of “D” or higher, learners will be provided opportunities for students to practice skills in both intellectual and personal development. Throughout the course, the students will examine cognitive development, sound inductive argument development, biases and fallacies, in decision formation and critical thinking skills to writing development, goal setting, social analysis, and problem solving.
