Understanding Stress: A Self-Care Approach

This self-care training course is designed to be an individual exploration into one’s own experiences with stress. The best way to describe this course would be experiential. Earners will have the traditional reading and assessment of knowledge, but overall the focus is on learning about personal experience with stress and putting into practice techniques to help manage stress more effectively.
