The assessment measures a student’s ability to apply knowledge of the skills necessary for success in the athletic training field. This assessment’s standards are aligned with those of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) Board of Certification.

Complete any course work in an Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education approved program that encompasses the areas included in the objectives/blueprint for the certification assessment. All approved programs lead to industry-recognized credentials within our network of accredited technology centers.
