The assessment provides an indication of student mastery of basic knowledge. This assessment is aligned with the Standards for Family and Consumer Sciences Education, American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (AAFCS) Culinary Arts Pre-PAC, and the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Certified Culinarian.

Complete any course work in an Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education approved program that encompasses the areas included in the objectives/blueprint for the certification assessment. All approved programs lead to industry-recognized credentials within our network of accredited technology centers.
