The assessment provides an indication of student mastery of basic knowledge and concepts necessary for success in careers in these areas. The assessment was developed in partnership with the National Partnership for Careers in Law, Public Safety, Security and Corrections.

Complete any course work in an Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education approved program that encompasses the areas included in the objectives/blueprint for the certification assessment. All approved programs lead to industry-recognized credentials within our network of accredited technology centers.
