The assessment provides an indication of student mastery of knowledge and skills needed to succeed as a pharmacy technician. This assessment is aligned with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and the National Pharmacy Technician Association (NPTA).

Complete any course work in an Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education approved program that encompasses the areas included in the objectives/blueprint for the certification assessment. All approved programs lead to industry-recognized credentials within our network of accredited technology centers.
