This assessment measures an individual’s ability to apply the knowledge and skills necessary for serving people who indicate they have a food allergy. The National Restaurant Association endorses ServSafe.

Complete any course work in an Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education approved program that encompasses the areas included in the objectives/blueprint for the certification assessment. All approved programs lead to industry-recognized credentials within our network of accredited technology centers.
