ServSafe- Food Handler - 7461
This assessment measures an individual’s ability to apply the knowledge and skills necessary for success in the food service industry. The ServSafe Food Handler Certificate verifies basic food safety knowledge and is for individuals in food handler employee-level positions. The National Restaurant Association endorses ServSafe.

Complete any course work in an Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education approved program that encompasses the areas included in the objectives/blueprint for the certification assessment. All approved programs lead to industry-recognized credentials within our network of accredited technology centers.
