Through an immersive, experiential, 5-day workshop, students will develop competence in 21st century professional skills making them career and college ready. In the process, they will translate their strengths into persistence in college, build community and social bonds, build confidence, and grow their identity as college students. The workshop will also serve as an introduction to and contextualization of the student’s guided pathway.
